Delete your data.
You can delete your Tuvo account and data any time. Here's how, and what happens.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Tuvo and go to Profile.
- Tap Account & legal, then Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Have Tuvo+ through the App Store? Cancel it first in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions, because deleting your account doesn't stop Apple billing.
Can't open the app?
Email us from the email address on your Tuvo account. We'll confirm it's you, delete your account within 30 days (usually much sooner), and email you when it's done.
What gets deleted
Your profile, photos, voice prompt, verification selfie, chat photos, messages, likes, matches, meetups and Hype answers are permanently deleted. Copies in our provider's backups are removed on their normal schedule, usually within 30 days.
Safety reports linked to your account are deleted too. Your matches are removed, so those chats disappear for the other person as well.
Other requests
You can also ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of one thing (like a Hype answer you wrote for a friend, a café inquiry, a beta application or partner details). Email privacy@tuvodate.com. We reply within 30 days.
